This engaging and interactive museum is a must-see during your stay in Johannesburg. The first of its kind, The Apartheid Museum is situated within Soweto.
It was built to illustrate the rise and fall of Apartheid in South Africa. The building itself is an architectural masterpiece that houses elaborate and poignant exhibitions, which showcase various important markers during a time of state-sanctioned racial discrimination.
